Shetland Charitable Trust 2021/22

We are delighted to announce that the Shetland Charitable Trust has confirmed their continued support for Gaada through the 2021/22 Main Grant Scheme.

This vital support helps toward Gaada’s core running costs, and will enable us to continue delivering a Shetland-focused programme of visual art activities such as subsidised Public Worshops, Workshop Bursaries, Peer Group (artist development programme), and more throughout the next year.

These core activites contribute toward creating a visual culture in Shetland which is more dynamic and representative of the diverse demographics of communities and individuals that exist across the isles.

With this support Gaada will also continue to develop the provision of specialist visual art making facilities in Shetland through our Burra Isle workshop, and we look forward continuing to create ambitious creative projects in collaboration with individuals, groups, and organisations within our community.
